Public library in Britain is the largest library in Europe have started working out in January 2010 and ended in April 2013 and cost 189 million pounds sterling, and will open on Sept. 3.

Library was designed by designer Francine Houben-shaped circles inspired the idea of water Alphenoat in the city and tunnels. The building consists of 10 floors will contain rare books, photos and archives of the city, and studio recording, theater, and an external surface to enjoy the sunny days.

It is expected to visit the library three million people a year.
